EUValues Syllabi/Programmes

The planned teaching activities of EUValues Jean Monnet Module are: 102 hours (34 hours per year) of teaching programme for undergraduate students; 120 hours (40 hours per year) of teaching programme for graduate and postgraduate students; intensive training course for legal professionals and 54 hours (18 hours per year); intensive training course high school teachers, 54 hours (18 hours per year); 20 hours yearly Summer school for graduate and postgraduate students; 1 Roundtable discussion with stakeholders; 1 press-conference.

Within EUValues project we will have following events and teaching activities yearly (2024’, 2025’, 2026’ semester) – 130 hours per year:

Teaching 1. Our undergraduate students (no less than 60 participants per year) will have a teaching course consisting of 24 hours lectures and 10 hours seminars (34 academic hours per year, 102 hours in total). The seminars in form of simulation and practical case-studies will be more oriented on the topics of Fundamental principles and values of the European Union, Human Rights Protection in the EU, EU Enlargement policy and accession procedure, Accession of Ukraine to the EU.

Teaching 2. Our graduate and postgraduate students (no less than 30 participants per year) will have a teaching course consisting of 22 hours lectures and 10 hours seminars (40 academic hours per year, 120 hours in total). The seminars in form of simulation and practical case-studies will be more oriented on the topics of Fundamental principles and values of the European Union, Human Rights Protection in the EU, EU Enlargement policy and accession procedure, Accession of Ukraine to the EU.

Teaching 3. Graduate and postgraduate students (no less than 30 participants) will have a summer school consisting of 5 topics (20 academic hours per year, 60 hours in total).

Teaching 4. Intensive training course will be developed, taking into account specific needs of local policy-makers and active decision makers (no less than 30 participants). The course will include 6 topics (18 academic hours per year, 54 hours in total).

– Teaching 5. Intensive training course will be developed, taking into account specific needs of high school teachers (no less than 30 participants). The course will include 7 topics (18 academic hours per year, 54 hours in total).

– 1 event in form of press-conference in the beginning of project. 

– 1 event in form of roundtable debate in end of project.
