Training Activities

War, armed conflicts, terrorism, ecological disasters, annexations, occupation, post-pandemic crisis – all this has acquired a supra-global level. Problems of this scale require the generation of solutions and the deepening of international cooperation and interaction. In connection with Ukraine’s European integration course, the results of decentralization, and the country’s recovery, it is important to study the experience of the European Union in the formation of a modern paradigm of peace, security, and justice in the third millennium. The full-scale invasion of Ukraine and the processes of population migration associated with it changed demography. This determines new approaches to modelling sustainable, inclusive, smart development of communities using the EU experience. The problem of rebuilding and diversifying the development of urban and rural communities in Ukraine is acute.

Official language. Communication and interaction. Request for European integration and achievement of Sustainable Development Goals in the economic field of communities (cooperation, private entrepreneurship, rural green tourism, etc.). Inclusivity. Spirituality.

Expected result. You will learn how to develop a strategy and projects for sustainable, inclusive, smart development at the level of the country, region, community, and business. Analyze indicators and indices of sustainable, inclusive, smart development. Identify the level of sustainable, inclusive, smart development of the business, community, region, and country. Carry out strategic management and planning. How to make decisions in the community, if you are not a deputy or the mayor? How to support local businesses in the community? How to manage changes and staff? Technologies of project management and municipal management. How to communicate and improve government-public interaction?
