Jean Monnet Module Corporate Sustainability and Responsibility in the European Union/CSREU
The Project will equip students, young professionals, business representatives, as well as representatives of civil society and local communities with knowledge of the European Commission’s policy and actions on corporate sustainability and corporate social responsibility (CSR) or responsible business conduct (RBC). The main value of the CSREU module is to involve key stakeholders (students, civil society, private sector, and local authorities), as well as to provide target groups with the needed and comprehensive knowledge and essential skills required for recovery, reconstruction and modernisation of Ukraine on the way to the EU. The Module confronting theory with practice is divided into the following main strands: teaching course for students (examining the theory and practice of the EU policy towards Ukraine; practice-oriented sessions aiming at identifying, developing and practicing appropriate management skills in the sphere of Corporate Sustainability and Responsibility in the EU); intensive training course for business and representatives of local communities; final dissemination conference and research publication titled “Corporate Sustainability and Responsibility in the EU: theory and practice”, as well as social media dissemination activities. We believe that CSREU will be giving greater visibility to the EU studies as well as promoting Erasmus+ Programme and Jean Monnet Activities in Ukraine.
